Mr. Oliver Dawoud, Chief Executive Officer, co-founded Aventus Health in 2015 Mr. Dawoud is responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy of Aventus Health and oversees the development and expansion of Aventus Health branded and affiliated companies to include multiple genetics and diagnostic labs, collaborative programs, data analytics and billing services. Mr. Dawoud also co-founded Aventus Pharmacy in 2012 and remains a co-owner and adviser for the Orlando-based sterile compounding pharmacy. Mr. Dawoud is currently focused on directing the management of Aventus Health’s existing portfolio and evaluating new development and investment opportunities with the executive leadership team.

Dr. Nagi Youssef co-founded Aventus Health and currently serves as the company’s president and chairman. With degrees in medicine and surgery, Dr. Youssef practiced internal medicine for 25 years before moving his family to the U.S. in 1993. In 2005, he left his medical practice to teach, ultimately leading the development of a new curriculum for the Pharmacy Technicians Associates Program at Seminole College. He also co-founded Aventus Pharmacy with his son, Oliver Dawoud. Today, Dr. Youssef’s is overseeing the development of MEDCI, a state-of-the-art medical facility in Oviedo, Florida, which is scheduled to open in 2021. MEDCI features an urgent care center, outpatient surgery, on-site pharmacy, research labs, sixty physician specialties and a conference center. Dr. Youssef is a member of the Winter Springs/Oviedo Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Michelle Taylor obtained her medical degree at Des Moines University – College of Osteopathic Medicine, one of the oldest and highest-ranked Osteopathic programs in the U.S. She completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology from MetroHealth Medical Center, Cleveland, OH, as well as completing a fellowship in Transfusion Medicine at Mayo Clinic, in Rochester, Minnesota. Prior to joining Aventus Health, Dr. Taylor served as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Laboratories at ApriHealth (formerly Transfuse Solutions) and acted as the Assistant Medical Director and Medical Director for numerous laboratories. As Medical Director at Aventus Biolabs, Dr. Taylor is able to apply her diverse background and experience in both entrepreneurial and corporate lab environments. She continues to work closely with clinicians and data scientists at ApriHealth to derive hyper-personalized algorithms for patient blood management and laboratory test utilization.

Mr. Girgis joined Aventus Health in 2018 to advise and counsel on all legal and business matters. Prior to joining Aventus, Mr. Girgis served as in-house counsel for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield where he specialized in overseeing transactional work for the company, both internally and externally. Mr. Girgis began his healthcare law career at a hospital in NJ, where he served as General Counsel, helping the failing hospital become profitable. While there, he gained vast knowledge and experience with the provider side of healthcare, launching his career as a valuable expert in the field. From there, the largest healthcare insurance payor in NYC recruited Mr. Girgis to serve as its Assistant General Counsel responsible for handling a wide variety of business-related matters, including the negotiation of multi-million dollar deals on behalf of the company. David received his Bachelor’s degree from Saint John’s University (cum laude) and graduated from Rutgers School of Law.

Dr. Maxime Debrosse joined Aventus Health in 2022 and treats his patients the way he would like his family members to be treated. Using a comprehensive approach, he helps patients suffering from acute and chronic pain from various sources, such as the neck, back, joints, and cancer. He compassionately listens to his patients and is committed to providing them maximum pain relief and improved quality of life.

Upon finishing his Anesthesia residency at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Debrosse completed a rigorous Pain training fellowship at the prestigious University of Houston – M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Prior to relocating to Florida, he was an Assistant Professor at the Yale School of Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology, where he taught future Pain physicians and anesthesiologists.

In his spare time, Dr. Debrosse enjoys nature, traveling, reading fiction novels, and learning the piano.

Mr. Wheeler joined Aventus Health in 2021 after spending the last 12 years in the laboratory industry. He is responsible for growing the client base of Aventus Biolabs and increasing overall revenue. Mr. Wheeler is known for providing unmatched service to clients, providers, and others to deliver clinical diagnostic testing more effectively and efficiently.

Prior to joining Aventus, Mr. Wheeler held executive, business development, and operations roles in 3 previous full service clinical laboratories. He successfully constructed and directed multiple sales teams culminating in the acquisition by two major publicly traded laboratories.

Mr. Wheeler earned his bachelor’s in Marketing Management at Dominican College in Blauvelt, NY, while playing all four years for his college’s soccer program. Mr. Wheeler also ranked top 10 nationally as an NPC bodybuilding athlete for over 3 years. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his wife and his daughter.
